Liz Kelly, LICSW, has over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, supporting professionals in the Washington, DC, metro area managing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, and life transitions. Liz has been seen in publications such as USA Today, Bustle, Refinery 29, Todayshow.com, Investor’s Business Daily, Parade, Brydie, The Daily Beast, Teen Vogue, and The Wall Street Journal.

In her spare time, Liz hangs out with her elementary school-aged kids, reads books written by her colleagues, cooks new recipes, grows plants, watches Ted Lasso and random documentaries, and tries to convince her spouse (so far unsuccessfully) that they need to get chickens for their backyard.
